How should I rate a website? Is there any guidelines?

4 – Very good (well-done website, above average)
3 – Adequate (good enough, so-so, acceptable, OK website)
2 – Website needs improvement (not unique, minimal)
1 – Website is poor or lacking content and un-unique (Unacceptable, inadequate)
